Fasoula lies in the "interface" between the frenetic coastal sprawl and the agrarian interior. Ascending to 370 meters is a ritualistic transition from the city's noise to the village's introspection.

Our architecture mimics "Grandma's House", a deliberate spatial strategy designed to evoke intimacy. The tight seating is not a defect; it is a mechanism for social cohesion, dissolving the bubbles of privacy to incubate kefi.

Xoirino Kotsi

The "Slow Food" icon. Pork shank marinated in red wine and herbs, roasted for hours until the collagen dissolves. A must order centerpiece.

Halloumi Kataifi

Traditional Cypriot halloumi wrapped in crispy angel hair pastry, served with a signature homemade tomato jam. A perfect balance of salty, sweet, and crunch.

The Meze Cycle
